Your brand. Your guests' journey.
AwayWithYa is developing a branded navigation service that helps your guests reach you, find their way around, and discover the places you recommend.
It brings directions, visitor information, and selected recommendations together in one simple web experience.
No app to install. One link to share. Your business at the centre.
Your own branded navigation web map app.
A web-based visitor experience featuring your business name, your visual identity, locations, and your selected local, regional and national recommendations.
Guests can access driving, cycling, or walking directions on your branded map from any internet-connected phone or browser.
Guide and create your guests' journey!
AwayWithYa is designed to help your guests reach you more easily, discover more of what you offer, and explore the places you recommend. It creates opportunities to:
- Keep your brand visible before and during the visit
- Highlight your amenities, services, and experiences
- Promote local businesses and partners
- Make recommendations easier for guests to access
- Create a more memorable visitor experience
- Encourage guests to explore more of your destination or region
- Strengthen local tourism partnerships
Your own branded navigation map link for your guests.
Your branded pilot experience can include:
- Directions to your property or destination
- Parking, reception, entrances, and amenities
- Your suggested attractions, routes, and recommendations
- Recommended venues and locations from your local, regional, or national partners
Share your link through booking confirmations, your website, emails, QR codes, reception materials, or guest communications.
AwayWithYa's core map is live and in active testing, calculating driving, cycling, and walking routes. Turn-by-turn guidance and the branded business pilot are both still in development.
Would you like to test this for your business? We're inviting a small number of tourism and hospitality organisations to help shape and test their own branded business version before commercial launch.
This is a founding pilot programme, not the sale of a finished product.
How it works
Example guest journey
A guest receives the AwayWithYa link in their booking confirmation. They use it to:
- Navigate to your property
- Find the correct entrance, car park, or reception
- Locate amenities during their visit
- Explore your recommended restaurants, attractions, and walking routes
- Discover local partners or experiences
- Plan where to go next
All within a branded visitor experience created around your business.
Opportunities throughout the guest journey
Help guests find your location, entrance, parking, reception, or check-in point.
Guide guests to amenities, attractions, experiences, routes, and selected local recommendations.
Help visitors discover where to go next and continue engaging with your destination, region, or partner network.
What founding pilot partners receive
A founding pilot partner would receive:
- A branded test version configured around the organisation
- Selected locations, amenities, routes, and recommendations
- A shareable web link or QR code
- An agreed pilot period
- Support during configuration and testing
- An opportunity to shape the product before commercial launch
- A structured review of business and guest feedback
What we ask from pilot partners
Founding partners should be willing to:
- Provide approved branding and visitor information
- Identify the most important guest journeys
- Select locations, routes, and recommendations
- Share the pilot link with an agreed group of guests
- Provide structured feedback
- Discuss whether the service creates enough value to pay for after the pilot
What the pilot will test
- Whether guests use the service
- Which journeys and recommendations are most useful
- Whether it reduces navigation-related questions
- Whether the branded experience creates value for the organisation
- Which features are essential for commercial launch
- Whether organisations would pay for the service
- What pricing and licence structure the market will support
No AwayWithYa account is required, and AwayWithYa does not sell users' personal or location data.
The data-handling arrangements for each business pilot will be documented before launch.
Commercial model
The public-facing navigation experience is free for visitors.
Tourism and hospitality organisations would pay for branded or white-label services configured around their own locations, routes, recommendations, and visitor content.
The intended commercial route is:
Pricing will be validated through customer discovery, technical costing, and pilot testing.
